Digital Apostille Service for FBI Background Check - Upload your document

  1. The Background Check must be issued within the last 3 months maximum.
  2. Ask the FBI Channeler to receive your results as a PDF file. The FBI (CJIS) also have this option.
  3. If you already have an FBI Background Check as a hard copy, scan it clearly and upload it to our “Electronic Apostille System” as instructed above above
  4. Once we receive your digital FBI Background Check, we will print it on tamper proof security paper and start the apostille process the next business day as the U.S.
    Department of State receives authentication requests for walk-in service for only one hour, between 8.00 AM till 9 AM Mon through Fri.
  5. Your documents will be delivered to the U.S. Department of State by our messengers and will pick them up after 35 business days.
  6. We will use your return shipping label to send the finished documents to your return address

US Department of State Authentication

Some countries don’t accept the apostille and require US Department of State authentication. These countries will also require additional certification from its embassy in Washington DC. The same electronic apostille process is applicable, however, additional fee and processing time will apply.
